How to Advertise

Submitting your Ad
Please see our submission guidelines for aircraft specs, photos and banner ads. You can email us your aircraft, company logo and banner (for banner ad subscribers) to ads@altovoo.com. Altovoo.com will upload your advert within 24 hours, upon payment receipt, every day, 365 days a year.

Paying for your Ad
Upon receipt of your submission, we will email you a Credit Card Authorization form, which you can email or fax back to us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and Paypal. Alternatively, if you prefer to submit your information over the phone, you can reach us Monday through Friday, from 8.30AM to 5.30PM EST.  Please contact us for wire transfer and electronic transfer banking  information. You will receive payment confirmation via email or fax upon payment receipt.

Viewing your Ad
You will receive an automated confirmation via email once your Ad is published.

Making Changes to your Ad
Simply email us or fax us the desired changes and we will upload them as soon as we receive them.

Renewing your Ad
Your ad will be automatically renewed according to the subscription type.

  • For monthly ads, your credit card will be charged after 30 days of your Ad’s first payment.
  • For weekly, ads, your credit card will be every 7 days of your Ad’s first payment.
  • For membership programs, we will renew your membership type upon expiration of the original one.

Cancelling your Ad or membership
You can cancel your Ad or membership by submitting written notice to Ads@altovoo.com, anytime prior to the end of your current ad/membership subscription.

Receiving Leads for your Ad
Prospective Buyers that wish to inquire about your aircraft will click on the Email Seller buttons at the top and bottom of your Ad. All inquiries will be automatically sent to you to the email address you provided us when you submitted your Ad.  By keeping track on who’s inquired about your aircraft, we can send you weekly and monthly reports on how your Ad is performing on the site.

Keeping track of your Ads on Altovoo.com

We will send you weekly updates of your current inventory and/or banners on Altovoo.com to the email address or fax number you provide us.
